I will be demoing a matching slab bowel in class today. Lets make those pieces unified!

Today we will recap from Pottery 1 different glazing methods that you can apply to your slab project.

Lets take a look at an amazing set of 70!

Lets look at others sets, and see if they fit the requirements for our project. I will also demo how to trim a plate on the wheel.

While our wonderful slab projects are drying out to greenware, lets look over the next project. The designs and sketches will all be done over the document camera.

Feb 2nd-continuing

Today I will demo the deconstruction of our template, applying texture, and cutting template pieces out. We will go over key terms from pottery 1 such as : slipping and scoring, slip, slab and leatherhard clay.
